A stylish 2-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent just minutes from Las Ramblas and Plaça de Catalunya. The property has a trendy, industrial-style living room, where you can relax on the cozy, L-shaped sofa and watch TV, or enjoy a delicious dinner at the large dining table.

The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are bright and spacious, with either a double bed or twin beds. In the bathroom, you'll find a large, luxurious shower, as well as plenty of storage space under the sink for all your things.

You'll be living in El Raval, 1 of Barcelona's most central, lively neighborhoods. The apartment is just a short walk from Las Ramblas, where you can enjoy lots of shopping and street performances, and from the Plaça de Catalunya. Around the apartment, you'll also find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and tapas bars to enjoy. And for anything you can't find around the area, the nearby Metro will take you wherever you want to go!
