Stay fit from home with these online trainers!

Movement is the key to exuberance, and even if you are working from home day in-day out, it is important to move. Thanks to the world wide web, we have thousands of ways to stay fit from home. There is also something for everyone, most sports can be done from the comfort of your living room. This excludes community sports, such as football and so on, but everything else is possible. Be it Pilates, HIIT workouts, Yoga, Boxing or Crossfit. We have collected some of our favourite digital trainers and would love to share them with you!

Melissa Wood Health

Melissa Wood offers 20-40-minute workouts inspired by Pilates and Yoga and based on so-called flows. Her program includes a 7 day trial period, so give it a shot and try to flow.

LesMills

LesMills is a website that offers a great diversity of home workout videos. Some of you may already know the body workouts from your local gym and classes. The digital version has everything from boxing to cardio workouts. Some workouts require equipment (BodyPump) and others don't (Bodycombat). So if you already have a little gym set up at home, take your pick!

Yoga with Adriene

Yoga with Adriene is a Youtube channel with a library of free lesson videos covering all different forms of Yoga. You can either try the videos independently or choose one of the many challenges, like the 30-days of Yoga challenge.

Fitnessblender

Fitnessblender is also a Youtube channel with hundreds of free full length workout videos. Created by Daniel and Kelli, this channel offers a selection of smart workouts to keep your body in shape from home. We recommend trying the "1000 Calorie burn video" and see how long you last.

Blogilates

Blogilates is a workout plan and Youtube channel by Cassey Ho. She mixes Pilates exercises with pop music to create extraordinary choreographies that are fun, but still challenging. There's a monthly subscription available, but you can also take a peek into the classes on Youtube.

Headspace

There is nothing better than meditation to calm down and relax after a good training session, and of course there are numerous apps for this purpose too. These Apps guide you through meditation exercises and help you relax. Our favorite: Headspace. (They have free options available at the moment)
