Carefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment next to Macarena's church and the river. Two separated bedrooms for rent, each one with its own desk, work area and double bed; a kitchen joined to the living room with a bed couch and the bathroom.. Ideal for two couples or for two people who need two separate areas to work remotely. Up to five people.

The kitchen has all you need for long stays: microwave, hob for cooking, dishes, juice maker, water kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine... and a lot more.

Each room has its own air conditioning system and all the apartment is brand new; with a big TV, ethernet and high speed WiFi.

Access to an awesome common rooftop from where to see the Macarena's Arch and The Giralda. The property is on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator.

10 minutes walk to the night area (La Alameda): bars, night clubs, live music... 5 minutes walk to the river: sports, long walks... and next to Basílica de la Macarena (most important church of Seville), the Hospital, the Universities, Cartuja Center...
