This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Sants has been stylishly renovated and receives plenty of natural light. The 65 m² property is equipped with AC and offers 2 balconies and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a television.

The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from Plaça Espanya, one of the city's most important squares and transport hubs. The popular Sant market is within walking distance, and the bus to the airport stops right across the street.

What we liked the most

  • The modern kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher.
  • Both bedrooms have high ceilings and offer a mezzanine level.
  • The washing machine is located on the balcony where you will also find strings to dry your washing.
  • The living area opens out onto a large interior balcony and the bedrooms share a 2nd balcony with street views.
  • The proximity to Plaça d'Espanya makes this apartment a convenient base to explore the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlady informed us she is planning to equip bedroom 1 with a desk which was not present at the time of our visit.
