This 30 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the residential neighborhood of Nou Barris. Located on the top floor of the building, there is a cozy living room that opens up onto a huge terrace. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, and a bedroom with a sliding door with views of the terrace.
The apartment is located on a tree-lined street in the multi-cultural neighborhood of Nou Barris. Although small, the district houses parks, a library, and various shopping streets. The closest metro stop is less than 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is big, furnished, and even has a hammock.
- The apartment is sunny and well-decorated.
- The bed has extra storage space underneath the mattress.
- The bathroom is brand new and comes with a rainfall shower heard.
- There is a metro nearby that takes you directly to the city center.
- There is also the large Parc de la Guineueta.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator in the building, but the terrace that awaits you is worth the extra exercise.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it comes with an electric stove and microwave.
