Gràcia is one of Barcelona's best loved neighbourhoods, with really beautiful architecture and a vibrant cultural scene. Try catching a film at nearby Cine Verdi, or going for a drink in the sun in Plaça del Sol. Transport connections are excellent—there's a metro station just around the corner.

What we liked the most

  • Everything is brand new.
  • The living room gets plenty of light, and there's a small balcony overlooking the gorgeous buildings outside.
  • There's air conditioning, so you won't melt in summer!
  • We love the bathroom tiles and the wooden shutters.
  • Gràcia is a really popular neighbourhood, and an ideal base from which to explore Barcelona.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no heating or elevator.
  • When we visited, there was no dishwasher, but there will be one by the time you move in.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.
