This 50 m², partially furnished apartment is perfect for an individual or couples looking for a new and modern property. The apartment has high ceilings, light wooden floorboards, and a clean and white decor. A new property, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with brand new appliances and fixtures. The living room, which opens up onto a balcony, provides a bright and fresh common area.

Located on Carrer de Guifré, the apartment is in a central location in El Raval. You have the Sant Antoni metro nearby, which is 1 stop away from the Universitat de Barcelona. Less than 5 minutes away you can also find the famous Mercado de La Boqueria and plenty of shops.

What we liked the most

  • We love the modern design, which allows for a bright and fresh home.
  • There are brand new appliances!
  • You will be kept cool and warm with the AC/heating unit.
  • The en-suite bathroom is spacious and has an area for the washing machine.
