Tiene su propio parking (incluído en el precio) Está totalmente reformado, amueblado y a punto de estrenar con toldos, cortinas, todos los electrodomésticos y muebles son nuevos. Está a 500m de la playa, a 200 m. de la estación de metro de Selva de Mar de la línea L4 (que va directa al Paseo de Gracia en 15 minutos).
