This beautiful and contemporary apartment, which has a fully equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Carrer de Monterols. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a days work or hosting small get togethers as there is a comfy couch, flat screen TV and a elegant dining table. It is through the living room that you access the balcony, which has a nice view of the peaceful neighbourhood and wall-sized windows making the property nice and bright. The bedroom has a comfy double bed, many windows that make it nice and bright and a large wardrobe where you can store your clothes.

Sarrià-Sant Gervas is a peaceful residential area in the north of the Barcelona where you are close to both the center and the scenic mountains to the north. This is the perfect place for people who like mixing nature walks with great views with a more lively urban lifestyle. The streets right outside the door are charmingly narrow and full of beautiful old houses. Here you will find plenty of restaurants, shops and great options for public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very stylish, modern and beautifully furnished.
  • There is a balcony with a great view of the street outside.
  • There are big windows in both rooms of the flat, making it very nice and bright with natural light.
  • The property is in a calm residential area where you are close to the mountains and can reach the city center in less than 30 minutes.
