Located in the historical Barri Gòtic is this 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent. In a historic building the apartment mixes original stone walls with modern amenities. If you love colors and a unique property full of character this apartment will not disappoint. The living room and kitchen are both spacious common areas, the living room with a couch and dining table and bookshelves full of books. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. Each room has its own color scheme with lots of decorations.
Barri Gòtic is a neighborhood that transports you back to the medieval age. The narrow streets with ancient architecture now housing trendy homes, art galleries, and delicious restaurants. You can find everything you need within walking distance and there is plenty to explore. Love the beach? Well you only have it about 15 minutes away. Living here you the best of Barcelona at your fingertips.
