This newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment to rent in Barri Gòtic is the perfect location to explore and learn more about Barcelona. The apartment has central AC and heating throughout - perfect for the summer and winter. The living room is decorated with modern furnishing and there's a nice balcony that overlooks Plaça de la Vila de Madrid, making it a perfect place to people-watch from above. The bathroom has a rain shower, basin, mirror and toilet. The kitchen is also brand new with dishwasher, fridge and plenty of cupboard space to store all the ingredients for your Spanish masterpieces.

The apartment is located so close to everything - La Ramblas, the Gothic quarters, Plaça de Catalunya is 5minutes away, many beautiful cathedrals surrounds the area and even Mercado de La Boqueria is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Around the neighborhood you have cafes, restaurants, tapas, and the apartment is just across the street to Plaça de la Vila de Madrid, a nice little park with Roman ruins and a place to sit and relax.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a great location close to the famous Las Ramblas and public transport connections.
  • This comfortable apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with new, modern furniture and appliances.
  • We love that there are 2 small balconies overlooking Plaça de la Vila de Madrid, it's a great place to spy on the world from above!
