A gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment with several balconies and AC is available to rent near a metro station in El Born. The apartment has a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living room, where you'll find a sofa, TV, and access to the main balcony. The modern kitchen has everything you might need, including a large island with a stove. There is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, both of which are ensuite and spacious.

El Born is one of Barcelona's most popular, central neighborhoods. Around the apartment, you'll have everything you need, including lots of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, and a metro station. And, with the Barceloneta beach just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, you'll have the best of Barcelona all year long!

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
