This 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Vila Olímpica, Barcelona. The apartment has lovely wooden beams in the ceiling and an exposed brick wall in the living room. The living room also has a sofa and a flat-screen television, as well as a dining table and chairs beside the kitchen. The kitchen itself is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery, and there is also an oven, a microwave, and an electric stove. The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. The apartment features 3 terraces, one with stunning mountain views, and one of which has a 40 m² solarium with views of the city.
There are over a dozen parks and gardens in the local area, making this a great place for an evening stroll. Poblenou Metro station is also close by, and there is a supermarket within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is an 8-minute walk from the beach, so you can head to the sea any time you like!
