Common areas in the apartment building include a laundry and storage room. The environment in this apartment building is calm and quiet.

The apartment is located in Gràcia, north of the city centre. This charming barrio backs up to the foot of the Collserola mountains and is an excellent place to base yourself if you like the fresh mountain air. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, as well as the Park Güelll. There is a gym 200m from the property and a free parking lot for bikes, motorcycles and cars.

What we liked the most
