This tidy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 81 m² footprint on Carrer d'Alexandre de Torrelles in Gràcia. The combined kitchen and living area is spacious and bright, and comes with a sofa and table and chairs. You'll find a double bed in the 1st bedroom, while the 2nd bedroom has space for 3 single beds or could be used as a study.
You won't have to go far to find something to do near this apartment - the large Parc del Guinardó is only a 3-minute walk away! Why not pack some supplies and spend a day outside exploring? If you'd rather treat yourself on your days off catch a bus to the SOM Multiespai shopping mall and indulge your inner shopaholic.
What we liked the most
- You'll find everything you need to cook in the kitchen, right down to the pots and pans.
- There is both heating and AC in this apartment to keep you comfortable year round.
- The shared bathroom has a toilet and shower over bath as well as a sink with plenty of storage for your toiletries.
- There is a balcony accessible from the living room which has a great view of the surrounding city.

Things to keep in mind
- This 1st floor apartment does not have an elevator so there will be some stairs to climb.
