This flat is having works done to the back of the building, there is scafolding in the garden for this reason we have offered a substantial discount on what we usually charge for this property.

This totally new, completely reformed apartment is unmissable! This property is filled with tonnes of natural light, interesting architectural designs (the windows are gorgeous!),a large and lovely garden where you can have your meals. Both the rooms are en-suite rooms and located on different floors so you have a lot of privacy!

Nestled between two large parks and less than 2 blocks back from a main thoroughfare, this location is perfectly connected to the city. There's an amazing selection of restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The windows in this property are interesting and practical. This apartment is flooded with light!
  • The rooms are well-furnished with everything you need for a great stay!
  • This is a completely reformed apartment. It still has that brand new smell and feel!
  • The kitchen is small, but it's complete. It's super cute and definitely cosy.

Landlord policies

  • Deposit:
    • Up to 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is one monthly rent month

  • Keys:
    • Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
  • Payment:
    • You have 3 options to pay the balance:
    • Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
    • Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
    • Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
  • Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay):16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
