This is a furnished 3rd floor 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Ferlandina, Barcelona. Enjoy a a living area with a television and central A/C.
This apartment is ideal for both students and professionals. Make the most of being in the city centre, and explore the entertainment and eateries nearby.
What we liked the most
- Cranking up the A/C on those hot afternoons — then curling up with the heating blasting in the coming winter.
- Enjoying all your favourite shows in the living room — movie night anyone?

Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, which doesn't have an elevator. It's about to get a whole lot easier to make that daily step count.
Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.

- Deposit will be refunded 45 days after check-out via bank transfer
- Your payment made with Spotahome will be considered as your first month's rent

- Weekends and holidays: 18:00 - 20:30: 50€ (subject to availability)
- After 20:30 we don't realize any check-in
- Check-in fee to be paid only in cash and no change
- Every 30 minutes late at the check-in time would have a supplement of 10€
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish
- Your landlord does not live on the property

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
