You'll love the look of this apartment. It's the little things that make it stand out. A little art on the walls, cool furnishings, and of course a stage light. Looks like a set, get shooting.

We think it’s ideal for an adventurous couple. You've got plenty of authentic Barca charm to explore around here, and the mountains beckon if you fancy a hike.

This is a lovely 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Modolell, Barcelona. It has a nice bright living area, and boasts a charming decor, with unique features like set lighting.

We think this apartment is ideal for young professionals. There are some lovely parks close by, as well as plenty of great local restaurants serving up Catalan classics. Smoker? You can puff away here.

What we liked the most

  • Shooting a short film in the living – you've got the lighting rig.
  • Relaxing on the comfy sofa – it's a nice bright spot for a siesta.
  • Jogging in the park – stay fit in nature.

Things to keep in mind

  • Several apartments in this building are being renovated. You may experience some noise during the day.
