This is a 1st-floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Consell de Cent in central Barcelona. It feels cool and contemporary and has bonuses like AC and a dishwasher.

It is perfect for a stylish family looking for somewhere with space but that retains a bit of sophistication too. Living in L'Esquerra de l'Eixample, you've got the best of Barcelona around the corner. Smokers, please only do so outdoors :)
