It has about 45 m2 perfectly distributed and with all the necessary amenities to ensure you an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. Upon entering you will find a bright living room decorated with great taste. The living room has access to a large terrace with exterior views ideal for enjoying the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary utensils and high-end appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker (no oven). The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wifi.  The building has an elevator, swimming pool, and communal area. The neighborhood The apartment is located in the district of Sant Andreu, an old town that was annexed to the city of Barcelona in 1897. This neighborhood has countless attractions and wonders to discover. A few meters from the apartment you will find the metro stop Congrés (L5) and just 15 minutes walk you can enjoy the beautiful Parc de la Pegaso that offers a pleasant walk full of aromas and a unique landscape with large poplars and a beautiful lake full of charm.
