As you enter each of these apartments, you will find an entrance hallway which splits two ways after a few meters. If you go left, you will find the kitchen and the living room. The bathroom is accessed via the living area. If you turn right after the entrance hallway, you will find the three bedrooms.
The kitchen is interior and is very well equipped, including a single sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, an electric stove and plenty of storage space. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses are also provided. There is a small window overlooking an interior area.
The living room is spacious and is furnished with a sofa, a dinning table with four chairs, a flat screen TV and storage space. It get lots of natural light through the glass doors which provide access to the balcony which has nice views over the street lined with beautiful historic buildings. This is a lovely outdoor space which you can enjoy in both winter and summer as it is fully enclosed, offering shelter from the weather. In this area you will find the washing machine and the ropes to dry your washing.
The bathroom is adjacent to the living area and is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a sink with a mirror above and storage space underneath.
Bedroom one is an interior room and is furnished with twin beds, a wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, a mirror and two windows overlooking an interior area.
Bedroom two is also interior and has twin beds, a wardrobe, one bedside table with a lamp and a window overlooking the interior area.
Bedroom three is exterior and the brightest one in the apartment. It is equipped with twin beds, a mirror, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This room has its own private balcony overlooking green and lush Aragó street. The doors to access the balcony are double glazed, providing good insulation from street noise.
Public transport in this area is very good, and you can catch the metro's yellow line - L4 - which takes you into the centre of Barcelona within 10-15 minutes. The closest station to the apartment is Verdaguer, and it is only 7 minutes by foot. Monumental metro station, with access to line 2, is also a short distance away.
One month security deposit required. Smoking is not permitted. Rent can be paid by cash, credit card or transfer. Landlord speaks English and French and has a standard lease contract that you will be required to sign.

Sant Martí is a largely residential area located a short distance away from Barcelona’s beautiful beaches. This neighborhood is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors and staying active, with a great selection of gyms and football/basketball pitches nearby, or you can walk down to the Rambla de Guipúscoa or Passeig Marítim de la Mar Bella and join the many other local joggers and cyclists. This area has fantastic transport links, allowing you to arrive to the main tourist spots in about 15 minutes. There are two big shopping centres, Glories and Diagonal Mar.
