Charming four bedroom apartment with one bathroom, offering two double rooms and two single rooms available for rent separately. This lovely apartment is on the second floor and has a total floor area of 75 sqm. The location of this flat is hard to beat, not only it is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of Barcelona, but it is also within easy reach of three metro stations.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a lot of character, being located in al old building that has been nicely modernized without loosing its charm.
  • There is a nice sunny balcony with beautiful views over the tree-lined street.
  • The living area is spacious and receives lots of natural light.
  • The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya - ESMUC.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1-3 are interior, but they all have windows. These rooms are nice and quiet as they are far away from the street.
  • The kitchen is small, but it is equipped with everything you need for cooking including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a fridge/freezer.

How to book
