This two bedroom apartment with one bathroom is brand new and very neat. It is exterior and very sunny, facing Creu Cuberta street in the Sants neighborhood. This well-connected area is about 10 minutes away from the city centre by metro. The apartment is located a short walk away from gorgeous Parc de Joan Miró and Plaça Espanya, one of Barcelona's most important squares and also a main transport hub. The total floor area is 55 sqm.

Details

This apartment is exterior and is located on the fourth of a building equipped with an elevator. There is air conditioning and heating available. You can dry your washing using a rack in the balcony. Rent includes power, water, gas, Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels. One cleaning service will be provided when you leave the apartment at no additional cost. Minimum stay: 30 days / 1 month

Transportation

The apartment is located two minutes away from Plaça Espanya, a main transport hub providing access to several bus lines, metro lines 1, 3 and 8, FGC suburban lines S33, S4 and S8, and urban lines R5 and R6.

Landlord policies

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. The English speaking landlord does not live in the apartment. Rent can be paid through bank transaction or with a credit card. Check in policy: Please note that check-in starts from 15:00 h at the central office. If you arrive before this time, and if there is space in the office, you may leave your luggage at reception. The reception opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 h.

Check-in outside of these hours takes place in the apartments and will be an automatic check in. You must call the Landlord to receive the code to access the building and keys.

In case you arrive after 20:00, require a person to open the door for you, and do a “Personal check in,” there will be an extra charge of 40 euros. You must request this service at least one day prior to your arrival. Personal check in at the apartment is not possible after 01:30 h.

Neighborhood information

Sants is known as an industrial neighborhood where the Catalan textile industry revolutionized Sants from its agricultural roots.You can now visit the "La España Industrial" park or visit the old Vapor Vell factory (now a public library), among other buildings representative of the time.

If you leave Plaza Espanya and take the Sants road you can pass through one of the city's most important commercial streets, with 4 kilometers of road containing 500 businesses next to each other that form the longest commercial street in Europe.

August 24th is an important date in the neighborhood, which is the Festa Major. They close off streets and are filled instead with concerts, open-air activities, sardanas (the typical Catalan dance) habañeras, chocolatadas, or butifarradas (butifarra is a typical Catalan sausage).
