A 4 bedroom apartment located on Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, one of the most important avenues of Barcelona, in the beautiful Monumental neighborhood, is available for rent. This handy location is about 30 minutes by foot from the city centre and it is very well connected. You can easily access most of the city's main attractions within a few metro stops. The closest metro station is located only a four-minute walk from the flat. The total floor area is 70 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The living area is a very pleasant shared room. It is furnished with a glass table which can be extended, so you can share meals with your roommates or invite friends over for a dinner party.
- The landlord is in the process of polishing the floors, so they will look nice and fresh.
- Bedroom three and the living room share a nice balcony with gorgeous views over lively Gran Vía avenue.
