This two-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes on racks on the terrace. The water heating system is electric and the apartment is equipped with an A/C unit for heating. The rental price includes bills (electricity, water, Wi-Fi) and bed linen. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days.

Transportation

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia metro stop (L2) and within walking distance from various bus lines.

Landlord policies

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. The English speaking landlord does not live in the apartment. Rent can be paid through bank transaction or with a credit card. Check in policy: Please note that check-in starts from 15:00 h at the central office. If you arrive before this time, and if there is space in the office, you may leave your luggage at reception. The reception opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 h.

Check-in outside of these hours takes place in the apartments and will be an automatic check in. You must call the Landlord to receive the code to access the building and keys.

In case you arrive after 20:00, require a person to open the door for you, and do a “Personal check in,” there will be an extra charge of 40 euros. You must request this service at least one day prior to your arrival. Personal check in at the apartment is not possible after 01:30 h.

Gràcia: In the eyes of its residents, La Vila de Gràcia is its own village right in the heart of the Ciutat Comtal. The street decorations during the Festa Major in August will make your jaw drop! Even with all its bohemian flair, you'll still find Modernist buildings like Hotel Casa Fuster, Casa Vicens and Parc Güell, in this district.

What we liked the most

  • The big terrace with views of the Sagrada Familia is priceless; with wooden flooring and patio furniture of the same material, the tenant can enjoy the best view of Barcelona from the comfort of his or her home!
  • The apartment is the perfect combination of modern and traditional: the amenities are modern, but the landlord uses wooden furniture to maintain a charming and rustic feel. The living room has high ceilings that accentuates the spaciousness of the apartment.
  • The whole property is completely renovated; the furniture and amenities are new and clean.
  • Electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, and bed linen are included in the rent, so tenants do not have to worry about extra costs.

Things to keep in mind

  • The refrigerator is small, but there should be sufficient space for two people.
  • The kitchen is small, but the open layout allows tenants to control the space they want to use to cook. It is also fully equipped.
