A fabulous two bedroom apartment with one bathroom offering brand new fittings and equipment. This exterior apartment is situated in a trendy and modern building offering attractive architectural features. It is located on Prats de Mollo street, in the exclusive neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. If you like Japanese food, you will be pleased to know that there is a Japanese restaurant offering take aways just across the street from the apartment. If you like the outdoors, there are several green spaces located within walking distance where you can escape the city for a little while and reconnect with nature.

What we liked the most

  • The open plan kitchen and living area gets lots of natural light.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a separate island providing plenty of space for food preparation or serving out meals.
  • The living area has a very comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV set up on top of shelves where you can store books or cds.
  • The balcony is furnished with a small table with two chairs, so you could have a drink or a quick meal outdoors. It can be accessed from the living room and bedroom one, through some big glass doors which allow you to enjoy of the fantastic views from inside the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no standard dining table in the apartment but there are some high chairs situated by the kitchen island where you can comfortably eat your meals.
