This polished exterior apartment is located on Ballester street, in the elegant neighborhood of Gràcia. This central district is located very close to the town centre, but it is not an area flooded with tourists, allowing you to enjoy of a more authentic Barcelona experience.

Neighborhood information

Gràcia: In the eyes of its residents, La Vila de Gràcia is its own village right in the heart of the Ciutat Comtal. Full of boutiques run by young designers and restaurants serving a wider variety of international cuisines, it is considered to be an artsy area filled with young people who flock to the numerous plazas found nestled in the neighborhood. The street decorations during the Festa Major in August will make your jaw drop! Even with all its bohemian flair, you'll still find Modernist buildings like Hotel Casa Fuster, Casa Vicens and Parc Güell, in this district.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, with nice parquet floor, big windows and nicely decorated throughout. You will love coming back to this home at the end of the day.
  • The spacious living area is very cozy and comfortable, and is a great space to get together with friends and family for a shared meal or to watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
  • Bedroom 1 has its own balcony, an en-suite bathroom and is furnished with a double bed. The other two rooms have single beds with another roll-out bed underneath.
  • You will be able to make the most of having your own private terrace by having a great range of outdoor furniture available, including having a table with chairs, an umbrella and sun lounges.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interior, but have windows overlooking an interior patio.
