Gràcia: In the eyes of its residents, La Vila de Gràcia is its own village right in the heart of the Ciutat Comtal. Full of boutiques run by young designers and restaurants serving a wider variety of international cuisines, it is considered to be an artsy area filled with young people who flock to the numerous plazas found nestled in the neighborhood. The street decorations during the Festa Major in August will make your jaw drop! Even with all its bohemian flair, you'll still find Modernist buildings like Hotel Casa Fuster, Casa Vicens and Parc Güell, in this district.

What we liked the most

  • There are three fully equipped bathrooms within the apartment, allowing each bedroom to have access to their own one.
  • There is a nice private patio overlooking the swimming pool equipped with a table with chairs.
  • The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including a handy dishwasher.
  • There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment, with a wardrobe on each bedroom and a number of storage cabinets in the kitchen where you can keep your food items.
  • This home will be cozy all year-round with central hot and cold air-conditioning.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is a good option for families, though it may not be suitable for those with small children as the staircase is not fully enclosed and the pool is not fenced.
