A charming and very well presented two bedroom apartment with one bathroom, with a total floor area of 45 sqm. This lovely home has been recently renovated resulting in a very attracive and clean ambience. This sunny apartment is located on Calle Fraternitat, in the heart of charming Gracia neighborhood and within walking distance to many typical plazas, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The lively Mercat De L'Abaceria Central, offering low-price and high-quality fresh produce is located steps away from the flat. This elegant area is considered one of the best places to live in Barcelona, and it is also very central, allowing you to walk to some of the city's main tourist attractions such as the Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas.


This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. There is hot and cold air-conditioning, single electric heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, bed linen, towels and utilities (water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi). There is an optional cleaning service available at a cost of 10€ per hour. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month).


There are two metro station located within close proximity to the apartment: L4 (taking you to the Barri Gotic and the beaches at the Barceloneta and Vila Olimpica) and L3 (providing access to some of the main tourist areas: Parc Güell, Passeig de Gracia, the Ramblas, Maremagnum, Montjuic, Camp Nou, etc.).

Neighborhood information

Gràcia: In the eyes of its residents, La Vila de Gràcia is its own village right in the heart of the Ciutat Comtal. Full of boutiques run by young designers and restaurants serving a wider variety of international cuisines, it is considered to be an artsy area filled with young people who flock to the numerous plazas found nestled in the neighborhood. The street decorations during the Festa Major in August will make your jaw drop! Even with all its bohemian flair, you'll still find Modernist buildings like Hotel Casa Fuster, Casa Vicens and Parc Güell, in this district.

What we liked the most

  • This charming apartment will be pleasant and cozy throughout the year, with central hot and cold air-conditioning and electric heaters.
  • There is a fully equipped kitchen and In the living area you will find a 32” TV and a DVD player.
  • There is a phone line already installed in the apartment, from where you can make free calls to landlines throughout Spain, and Wi-Fi is also installed and ready to use, allowing you to get in touch with your family and friends back home from the moment your arrive in Spain.
  • A hair dryer, bed linen, towels, iron and ironing table are also provided.
  • Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, and has access to a balcony.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 2 is equipped with a sofa bed, allowing you to fold it away when not in use to create more space.
  • There is a balcony but it only has partial views over the city.
