Neighborhood information

El Born: This neighborhood has a mixture of historical sites and a trendy scene day and night. Santa Maria del Mar, one of the city’s most beautiful churches that was built thanks to the area’s businessmen and residences, is a must visit. On the Carrer Montcada, you’ll find the Picasso Museum, Barbier-Müller, and Palau Dalmases. If you need to get away from it all, you can relax in the gorgeous Ciutadella park. In addition to having plenty to satisfy your appetite during the day (including eating through Mercat de El Born!), thousands of bars and restaurants open their doors each night to the city’s cosmopolitan and alternative scenes.

What we liked the most

  • The huge balcony overlooking the Passeig d'Isabel and beyond offers a tremendous view of the city.
  • There is plenty of dining and seating areas in the large living room.
  • Despite being located in the historical neighborhood of El Born, tenants won't need to worry about noise as the windows shut most of it out.
  • All the bills are included in the price.
  • The WiFi has already been activated and installed.
  • The entire apartment is cleaned once a week and these bills are included in the price.
  • Bedroom 2 & 3 have AC installed and bedroom 2 has an ensuite.

Things to keep in mind

  • All bedrooms have two twin beds rather than double beds, however there is enough space in bedroom 1 & 2 to push the beds together.
  • Bedroom 3 is the smallest, but despite its size there is a large cupboard for additional storage space.
