Poblenou: While quite industrial, there is a small-town feel to this neighborhood on the beach that boasts its very own rambla. La Rambla de Poblenou is the epicenter of the neighborhood’s social and cultural scenes, as well as the Parc del Centre Poblenou, designed by French architect Jean Nouvel. The popular Palo Alto market makes this neighborhood definitely worth visiting!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been freshly renovated and is equipped with modern furniture and appliances.
  • The living area receives lots of natural light, with a large balcony overlooking the street.
  • Playa del Bogatell, is within walking distance from the flat. This beautiful beach offers showers, bars, restaurants, a cycle track and a promenade that runs until Sant Sebastiá Beach.
  • If one day you don't feel like walking to the beach, you take a refreshing dip at the building's swimming pool!
  • The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning, with vents in bedrooms and common areas.
  • The brand new kitchen is fully equipped.
  • You will have access to a parking space but the flat is also close to public transport, giving you the option to leave the car at home if desired.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no television in the apartment.
  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 do not have a wardrobe, but there is a built-in closet in the hallway which could be used by those staying in these rooms.
  • Wi-Fi is not installed and the service will need to be arranged by the tenants if required.
