What we liked the most

  • Tenants do not have to pay expensive laundry mat fees in order to dry their clothes as the apartment comes with its own laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
  • The apartment has a balcony, which is perfect for summer months in Barcelona when temperatures are high.
  • Recently renovated, this apartment comes with state-of-the-art appliances, high ceilings and modern, fashionable furniture.
  • As there are 2 bathrooms, the apartment has a good tenant to bathroom ratio. One of which has a bathtub which is a luxury for such a central property.
  • The property features plenty of storage space, so there is no excuse not to organise your belongings!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is not in the 'centre' of Barcelona, but Gràcia certainly has its own charm and tenants can reach the centre with public transport.
