The residence offers both private and social spaces, allowing tenants to make friends while studying in this vibrant city. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom, small kitchen, telephone line, and heating and air conditioning and tenants can hire extra services as needed. As this residence is smaller than typical dormitories, it offers a quiet and more intimate experience for students and lecturers.
This residence is equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes in the dryers in the laundry room. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). Weekly cleaning service and bed linen and parking can be hired at an additional cost. Phone calls are additional.

The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires 1 month security deposit for stays of 1-3 months and 2 month security deposit for stays of longer than 3 months. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by direct debit.
