This 2 bedroom, 55m2 apartment with a balcony offers 2 luminous rooms in the coveted El Raval neighbourhood. This broad avenue is lined with trees and is a pleasant street to walk through during warm weather. The kitchen is compact but functional, equipped with brand-new cutlery and all amenities necessary for efficient cooking. Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The living room is luminous, equipped with a sofa, a desk for studying and a large table where tenants can enjoy their food. The balcony can be accessed through doors in the living room.

What we liked the most

  • The bathroom features a bathtub, a luxury for properties in the city centre.
  • The small balcony is equipped with strings for drying clothes and provides views of the internal patio.
  • Located in the vibrant El Raval district, this property is very central and is surrounded by bars, cafés and restaurants in which tenants can relax during the weekend.
  • The kitchen has a retractable table where tenants can enjoy their meals.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment does not come equipped with AC, heating, or a TV.
  • The flat is situated in a building which does not have an elevator.

Landlord policies

  • Deposit will be refunded 45 days after check-out via bank transfer
  • Your payment made with Spotahome will be considered as your first month's rent
  • Payment method: cash, bank transfer
  • Overnight guests: not permitted
  • Occupancy rules:
    • 1 person per room
    • Monthly bills per tenant = 75 EUR, not included in rent.
    • Admin fee 50€
    • Tenants between 18-35 years old only.
    • Monthly cleaning of the common areas is included in price

    • After 20:30 we don't realize any check-in

    • Every 30 minutes late at the check-in time would have a supplement of 10€

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

This property is situated in the city centre so much of Barcelona can be accessed by walking. The closest metro station is Sant Antoni which can be reached in 6 minutes. This station serves line L2. There are also several bus stations in the vicinity.
