What we liked the most

  • The location is very central and well connected by public transport.
  • The living room is sunny and spacious, with a comfortable sofa and flat screen television.
  • All of the rooms are very tidy and furnished with double beds.
  • The tidy kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
  • There is a beautiful balcony with 2 comfortable armchairs, the perfect spot for a cool orxata on a hot day.

  • Check-in&out info:
    • In order to check-in, you need to go to our office from 09:00 to 19:00 to get your keys, sign your rental contract and make your payments.
    • You can also check-in directly at the apartment in the same schedule Monday to Friday per €35 extra.
    • Check-ins during weekends or holidays as well as late check-ins (Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 21:00), will be done directly at the apartment and charged €50 extra.
    • Check-ins cannot be done after 21:00.

Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
