What we liked the most

  • The location is very central and well connected by public transport.
  • The living room is sunny and spacious, with a comfortable sofa and flat screen television.
  • All of the rooms are very tidy and furnished with double beds.
  • The tidy kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
  • There is a beautiful balcony with 2 comfortable armchairs, the perfect spot for a cool orxata on a hot day.

    • Check-ins during weekends or holidays as well as late check-ins (Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 21:00), will be done directly at the apartment and charged €50 extra.

Canceling your stay with Spotahome? Here’s what you need to know:

a) The good news: if you cancel your booking 61 days (or more) before your move-in date, we promise to refund 100% of your first payment.

b) If you cancel 31 to 60 days before your move-in date, we will refund 50% of your first payment. The other 50% will be given to the landlord.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.

d) The bad news: once your booking is accepted by the landlord, you cannot recover your one-time reservation fee at any point.

L’Eixample Esquerra: To the left of the Passeig de Gràcia, this part of L’Eixample is more middle class. You’ll find the Mansana de la Discòrdia, a city block where buildings by five Modernisme architects can be found: Casa Batlló (Antoni Gaudí), Casa Amatller (Josep Puig i Cadalfach), Casa Lleó Morera (Lluis Domenech i Montaner), Casa Bonet (Marcel·lià Coquillat), and Casa Mulleras (Enric Sagnier). L’Eixample Esquerra is also a gay-friendly area, often referred to as “Gaixample.” Many take advantage of its proximity to various university campuses, such as the Universitat de Barcelona, giving the area a wide array of young citizens.
