Rooms are available to rent in a bright and modern, newly renovated apartment located next to the famous Sagrada Familia in L'Eixample, Barcelona. The 200 m² property is a classic example of an Eixample apartment, with big, open rooms and high ceilings. Although it's been renovated, it still retains many of its original features.

Each of the rooms are spacious, and have a living area included. There are 2 shared bathrooms, and the big kitchen has everything tenants might need, inlcuding a fold out dining table so that tenants can dine together. There is a laundry room in the apartment with a washing machine.

The L'Eixample neighborhood is a vibrant, central part of Barcelona. Living here, you will be close to several of Gaudi's most famous buildings, such as the Sagrada Familia, which is right next to the apartment. L'Eixample is well-connected by public transportation and has lots of great restaurants, bars, and shops, cinemas, and more to choose from. Nearby is a large Mercadona supermarket, as well as other grocery stores. L'Eixample is also Barcelona's artistic center.
