  • The balcony is a fantastic addition, perfect for people-watching or relaxing with a drink on a warm evening.
  • The bright blue walls add interest and character to the apartment.
  • The blackboard in the living room is a fun addition and a great way to leave messages for flatmates.
  • A dryer is an added bonus - you will not have to share your space with damp clothes.
  • The apartment is only a 7-minute walk from Estació del Nord, the city's main bus station, with long-distance bus services, perfect for visiting other cities in Spain.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no parking available with the property but given its proximity to 3 different metro stations and a train station, you may find that you do not need a car.
