What we liked the most

  • The apartment has high ceilings and a lot of windows, giving you plenty of space, fresh air, and light.
  • All the bedrooms come furnished with at least 1 single bed and a very comfortable desk chair.
  • The living room is fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, glass dining table, TV, and balcony.
  • Bedroom 4 is the only room with a balcony.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, washing machine, and a lot of storage space.
  • There are 2 bathrooms to share.
  • If you love the outdoors, you have multiple parks nearby and are within walking distance to the beach.
  • There is a metro stop seconds from the building.

  • Some of the bedrooms face the interior, but still receive natural light.

  • Rooms with couples allowed: €100 supplement per month
  • Variable rent:
    • Stays of 1–3 months: €50 added to the monthly rent (this cost does not apply for June, July and August!)
  • Admin fee (to be paid upon arrival):
    • Rooms with a single bed: €150
    • Rooms with a double bed: €225
  • Admin fee includes:
    • Legal contract.
    • Guided Check-in tour.
    • Possibility of extending the contract.
    • Possibility to move to another room from the landlord's portfolio.
