What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Nuestro piso se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad al lado de la Gran Vía de Barcelona. Con muy buena comunicación con metro (Rocafort) a diez minutos andando de Plaza España y el parque de Montjuic. En una finca tranquila con ascensor, situado en un barrio del "Eixample" cerca bares, restaurantes, tiendas, cine , teatro, gimnasios, universidades y biblioteca. El piso situado en la segunda planta, con cuatro habitaciones, un cuarto de baño, cocina con todo el menaje incluido, sala con tv y dos balcones a la calle. Las habitaciones todas cuentan con armario , escritorio, sábanas y toallas.

The kitchen is small but has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a stove, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom is small but practical, and it is also very clean. There is a washing machine, clotheslines for drying clothes, and a small storage closet outside on the living room balcony.

L'Eixample Esquerra is one of the most popular places to live in Barcelona. Located in the city center, L'Eixample Esquerra is home to lots of excellent bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. L'Eixample Esquerra is also within walking distance of many monuments and trendy areas, making this neighborhood the ideal place for anyone who wants to see and do it all in bustling Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • There are beautiful, unique tile floors throughout the apartment.
  • There are 2 balconies in the property, 1 of which is in a bedroom for rent.
  • The property is a 10-minute walk from the Barcelona Sants train station, which is convenient.
  • The Parc de Joan Miró is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, which is perfect for tenants who like spending time outside.
  • The famous Montjuïc is just a 15-minute minute walk from the property.
  • All the rooms for rent have desks in them, making each bedroom perfect for students or post-graduates.
