There are bright rooms available to rent in this 5th floor, 65 m² apartment in Sant Gervasi shared with the live-in landlady. The living room is a colorful and open space that is kept sun-filled opening up onto a small balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped with plenty of storage space for each tenant, and there is 1 full bathroom to share.

On Carrer d' Aribau, the apartment is in a convenient part of Sant Gervasi. Just a few minutes away, you have Plaça de Molina where you can find 2 metro stations. Nearby, there are banks, grocery stores, and cocktails bars for a night out. One street over on Carrer de Muntaner, you can find plenty of clothing shops.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony is the perfect place to relax, furnished with outdoor seating and lots of plants.
  • Both rooms are exterior and receive plenty of sunlight.
  • If you love to cook, you'll love having a gas stove!
  • There is an interior patio which is used as the laundry area.
  • You are well-connected to the city by metro and commuter trains.
