What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment is open-plan, with only the floors separated by stairs. That’s why I prefer a female student. I have a three-month-old kitten, so please keep that in mind if you have allergies. Internet is not included, but I can share mine — I use a mobile phone plan with unlimited data, which is actually better than Wi-Fi. The train to Barcelona is just a ten-minute walk away. There are shops just two minutes away on foot. The town is quiet but has everything you need. If you enjoy hiking, you’ll love staying here. If you want to go to Barcelona, there’s a train every thirty minutes and a night bus as well.
