This 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer d’Isaac Peral, just north of Barcelona and close to the Balearic Sea, has spacious rooms available to rent. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor which allows for a spacious terrace that maintains a bright and fresh common area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub to be shared with the live-in landord and other tenants.

Badalona is great spot to be if you can’t wait to get to the beach every day. The front door of the building is 18 minutes away from the sun, sand and sea, unless you have a bike or car, in which case it’ll only take around 7 to 10 minutes to get there. As you might imagine, there are dozens upon dozens of seaside cafés and restaurants, and even around the apartment, you’ll find a number of great little local spots to have a meal. If you want to catch a movie, the Badalona Màgic Megacine is a 9-minute walk away, and there is also a Mercadona supermarket beside the megaplex.

What we liked the most

  • The living room has a sofa bed, dining table, and huge flat-screen TV.
  • Both bedrooms have a private bathroom and wardrobe.
  • Bedroom 2 has direct access to the terrace.
  • The beach is so close that you could be swimming, sailing and surfing every day of the week.
  • The area is very well connected in terms of public transportation, so traveling into the heart of Barcelona is a breeze.
  • You’ll find dozens of restaurants nearby, and even more of them the closer you get to the beach.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 2 is no longer a suite (as expressed in the video). The kitchen, living room, and terrace are shared between all the tenants.
  • The rooms can accommodate couples, so you maybe living with 3 or 4 other people.
