This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the north of Barcelona, with rooms to rent and plenty to offer.

There is a spacious, airy feel to this property, with an open-plan entrance hall large living room, diner and kitchen. Starting with the living room, you will find a comfortable living area with large L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs, lots of natural light, and stylish white decor. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washing machine for convenience. There is an oven, electric stove, microwave and a heck of a lot of storage space for your pots and pans. The dryer is located in a storage room down the corridor, so it's not a long walk to move your laundry from A to B.

There are 4 bedrooms in the property - 3 doubles and 1 single - all fully furnished. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms, but one of these is a private en-suite, leaving the other for sharing among 3 tenants.

What we liked the most

  • Corridors and an entrance hallway give the property breathing room - it's not just a kitchen with bedrooms off of it!
  • 6th floor and elevators means less road traffic noise.
  • The main room is welcoming and spacious.
  • Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom.
  • Gràcia is a beautiful neighbourhood, much like the rest of Barcelona.
