There is a room for rent in this colourful 2-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Carrer De Santa Carolina, in Horta-Guinardó. The 50 m² property has 2 gorgeous terraces, giving you plenty of space to relax outdoors. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a cosy living area with a television.

The apartment is located right by the stunning Hospital de Sant Pau, and a 15-minute walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia. The beautiful Guinardó Park is also nearby, and you will find an excellent range of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The sunny terrace offers amazing panoramic views!
  • The bohemian apartment is nicely decorated, and has a vibrant and positive vibe.
  • There are windows throughout that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The bathroom is nicely renovated.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is located outside of the apartment in the terrace.
  • Good news for pet-lovers! There are two cats in the property, and tenants will need to take care of them in January.
