You have a long corridor filled with artwork and a big library at the end. The shared living and dining room is full of character, and there’s a balcony too.

We think this apartment is great for a freelancer or student who smokes. You have a private toilet room, and your very own office where you can study or work.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
