We think this is a great spot for a solo student who doesn't mind sharing common areas. If you feel like socializing your flatmates will be right there.

This is a tidy 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Ferlandina in Barcelona. Catch up with your flatmates in the shared living room, then retreat to your bedroom for the night.
This apartment is great for someone who needs to be central to live their busy life. Live outside this apartment, and come back to a simple, shared set-up.
What we liked the most
- Waking up with a coffee and stepping on to the balcony – perfection.
- Walking to your morning lectures at the Universitat de Barcelona is a piece of cake – don't be late!
- Treating yourself to a delicious meal at the Mercado de La Boqueria – because why not.
Things to keep in mind
- Make sure you're counting your steps! This is a 2nd floor apartment without an elevator.
Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- After 20:30 we don't realize any check-in
- Check-in fee to be paid only in cash and no change
- Every 30 minutes late at the check-in time would have a supplement of 10€

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
