What we liked the most

  • Watching TV in the comfortable living room – you can sprawl out on the L-shaped sofa.
  • Relaxing on the balcony – those pretty street views scream traditional barrio.
  • Zipping into downtown on the metro – the stop is just 3 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • AC is not installed. Good thing this neighborhood is on a hill overlooking the city = breeze to cool you off.
  • The owners exercise equipment and bicycle will be removed before the tenant moves in.
