We think it’s ideal for anyone looking for a lively, and central spot. Poblenou is full of cool bars and restaurants, and you can even walk to Parc de la Ciutadella from here.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • 5th floor... ++with++ an elevator. Phew.
  • Central is better in Barca.
  • Walk to the beach in half an hour. Not exactly beachside, but within reach.

But you need to know this...

  • The kitchen might be fully equipped, but there's no oven, so maybe learn some good microwave recipes.
