Cancellation policies

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

Landlord policies

  • Tenant maximum age: 29 years old
  • Lives on property: no
  • Payment method: cash; bank transfer
  • Utility limit: €30 to €60 (depends on the apartment) per tenant per month
  • Summer minimum stay:
    • You move in: June, July or August
    • Your minimum stay is: until the end of August – no exceptions
  • Summer Special Offer (Contract Fee):
    • Stays in July and August: €95
    • Stays in August: €50
  • Deposit and contract fee
    • Payment prior to move-in: bank transfer
  • Admin fee includes:
    • Legal contract
    • Guided check-in tour
    • Possibility of extending the contract
    • Tenant support in case of doubts, cleaning, counselling and general aspects
    • Office support in case of important matters
  • Contract signing:
    • Paying prior to moving in: if you pay before moving in, you can sign and receive the contract early
  • Check-in hours (at property):
    • Office hours: 10:30 - 18:30
    • Out of office hours: €35 fee
    • Weekends and bank holidays: €35 fee
    • No check-ins after 23:30

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
